When you’re ready to eat, we’ll satisfy your appetite. You’ll find delicious foods and unique beverage options throughout Elyria Country Club. Enjoy a more formal meal in The Fairway Room or grab something quick in The Grill Room. On the golf course you’ll find The Halfway House, with drinks and snacks, or The Turn Bar where you can have a sandwich fresh off the grill and a drink from the full-service bar.

Members love our smokehouse menu, with options like smoked prime rib and pulled pork. We also do whatever we can to meet all members’ dietary needs and preferences.

Our beverage options include craft cocktails, 20 different bourbons, and a thoughtful wine list featuring small, boutique wineries.

Whether you’re fresh off the golf course, winding down after a busy week, or just grabbing a bite with a friend, your hunger will be more than satisfied by the incredible menus Brian has created across ECC. Formal, casual, or speedy, our dining options are inspired by Brian’s classical training in Northern Italian Cuisine and nearly three decades creating restaurants that offer a twist on Modern American Cuisine. Brian was the chef and owner of Cork & Cleaver Social Kitchen, which received the Silver Spoon award for Best New Restaurant in Cleveland in 2014. He was also behind Graffiti: A Social Kitchen and Polpetta, and was the creator and co-founder of Dinner In The Dark, which has been raising money for local charities for more than 10 years. He was honored with two invitations to cook at The James Beard House in the last six years, and at the National Autism Dinner in New York City.

Brian and his wife Amanda have three children: Savannah, Ella & Mason and 2 dogs: Joey & Tito
